Life is a series of events that at times can be
overwhelming and hard to manage. With every
aspect we experience new endings and new
beginnings-and each tests our ability to adapt.
Whether dealing with the day-to-day management of
our lives or coping with unpredictable circumstances
such as divorce, aging parents or job relocation, it is
okay to recognize we sometimes need the support of
others to help bring order to our daily purpose.
