Seeking Personal Assistant/House Manager

Employee for HNW Family on Long Island

 

We are seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant for an active family located on Long Island. The candidate must be willing to relocate near the family’s home as a prerequisite for the position. The position is well compensated and includes health insurance. The candidate should possess the following qualities:

 

  • Preferred experience as an executive assistant in the corporate world or a personal assistant to a family
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Superb time management skills
  • Very proactive/showing initiative
  • Proficient with technology, particularly Apple products
  • Flexible as to hours with ability to go into Manhattan as needed
